If you need IBCs by the pallet or on a recurring basis, you buy differently from a private customer: it comes down to delivery volume, consistent quality, approval in series and one contact who is still there for the second order. This page is for exactly that need — and for getting your enquiry to suppliers who can actually handle the volume.
When going through us pays off
| Situation | What it then comes down to |
|---|---|
| Large single quantity | From roughly half a pallet load (about 100+ units) the price becomes negotiable — not every supplier ships that from stock. |
| Recurring demand | Ongoing offtake instead of a one-off. The bigger volume over a year — plannable, with call-off quantities or framework pricing. |
| Special version in series | FOOD bottle, UN/ADR approval, a specific valve or pallet — consistent, in quantity, not as a single item. |
| EU-wide delivery | For larger volumes a manufacturer in a neighbouring country can be the better address despite freight. |
What is different from a single enquiry
A normal enquiry goes to up to three suitable suppliers. For bulk and framework needs we choose more narrowly rather than more broadly: we approach suppliers who can genuinely handle the volume or the ongoing supply — a manufacturer with its own production sees a 500-unit order differently from an online shop. You keep one point of contact, and the enquiry stays discreet: only the businesses we approach for it get to see it.
What we are — and what we are not. We are a manufacturer-neutral brokerage portal, not a dealer. We hold no stock and add no margin. What you get are offers from suitable suppliers that you compare directly; price, tiers and contract are between you and the supplier. For you the enquiry is free — the portal is financed by the listed suppliers, not by your order.
The manufacturers are the addresses where series and framework volumes can actually be realised — in the comparison, filter by Type → Manufacturer and add the country.
What belongs in your enquiry
The more specific the enquiry, the more fitting the offers — and the faster. Four details decide almost everything:
- Quantity and cadence — one-off, or ongoing (e.g. "approx. 60 units per quarter").
- Specification — volume, new or reconditioned, FOOD bottle, UN/ADR, valve, pallet.
- Delivery region and timeframe — where to, and by or from when.
- Framework wanted? — a one-off purchase or a call-off quantity over a period.
Frequently asked questions
From what quantity is a bulk enquiry worthwhile?
There is no fixed threshold, but from roughly half a pallet load — very roughly 100 units — it becomes interesting for most suppliers, and that is where conditions become negotiable. Recurring demand counts just as much: someone taking a smaller quantity every month is a bigger customer over the year than a one-off order of a hundred. Both belong here.
Do I get better conditions for large or recurring volumes?
Often yes — whether, and in what tier, is decided by the supplier alone, not by us. That is exactly what the enquiry is for: it brings your volume or framework need to suppliers who can price it, and you get their offers to compare. We quote no prices and add no margin.
Do you also broker framework agreements or ongoing supply?
Yes. State in the enquiry that it is about recurring demand — with the offtake per month or quarter and the period you want. We bring that to suppliers who can set up call-off quantities and framework conditions. The contract itself is then formed directly between you and the supplier.
What does the brokerage cost me?
Nothing. The enquiry is free and without obligation for you. The portal is financed by the listed suppliers, not by the people making enquiries — we earn nothing on your order, which is also why the choice of suppliers does not depend on it.
Can you have IBCs sourced EU-wide?
Yes. The comparison lists suppliers from ten countries, many of them delivering across borders. For larger volumes in particular, a manufacturer in a neighbouring country can be the better address despite freight — just state your delivery region and it feeds into the selection.
Do you also broker used or reconditioned IBCs in quantity?
Yes, and for larger volumes that is often the most economical route. Reconditioned and rebottled containers are available in quantity from several listed businesses. Say in the enquiry whether it should be new, reconditioned or does not matter — then the relevant suppliers are included.
